These guys does not seem to care about customer's time. Took a brake line as a sample. Counter clerk asked "what size?" I said that's why I brought my sample. After 5 minutes he said " about 10 minutes." I waited for 40 minutes before the part showed up. Unlike their advertisement, His entire demeanor is like that of a robot. I won't return here...Parts source is much better.

I've gotten multiple parts here over the years and I've never had issues. Staff always knows exactly what I'm talking about - it's a quick and easy visit. Don't think I've ever spent more than 15min here.

I don't do a lot of my own work on vehicles anymore, but for all the smaller things this is my go-to spot. There is always someone at the counter who will search for my part in their inventory for me and have it brought to the counter. I am not into using a small LCD screen to see if my part is available before searching for it on my own.

Since expanding it has gone downhill large. Takes forever to get anything. If there's 3 people ahead of you in line expect 30+ min wait. Went there 10 minutes before close and they cant do anything as they can't get anything from where house and tills are all counted so you cant buy anything. I haven't been impressed by thus place in a few years.
